- Fred is the founder of Silver Fox Enterprises, LLC, a small company that has some real estate holdings and runs the business known as Silver Fox Salvage, with partner Camille. They have now expanded with a new store in Los Angeles, CA. With a keen interest in the gentrification of North Albany, Fred believes that this section of town has incredible potential. It took a hard hit soon after the recession, but almost overnight, new businesses are emerging. As a transplanted New Yorker 11 years ago, Fred has seen many neighborhoods evolve in NYC. Transition is much slower here in Albany, but perhaps a little awareness will help. Given this economy, things seemed to be on hold. But in every misfortune, there is opportunity and Silver Fox Salvage has flourished. Let's look at other businesses sprouting up in the area.
